'Kale Women’s Network' is a networking forum for professional women, enabled by Kale. This offers an opportunity for you, as a career woman to learn, share and empower yourself and others. Kale has done much in past for the cause of gender inclusivity, these changes now need to translate into new paradigms and roles.
To transform the dream into reality Kale has initiated a “Kale Gender Inclusivity Movement” (KGIM) on November 26, 2010. KGIM is a corporate grass root movement, fundamental in spearheading and contribute towards gender inclusivity in Kale; raising awareness of the capabilities, skills and strengths personified by female employees; and illuminating the key issues that hold women back.
Communication is an integral part of all Org-wide efforts and the portal is no exception to this. The Kale Women Portal aims to amplify and keep Kale employees up to date on network/movement issues and provide an opportunity to discuss and provide inputs on the issues and pipeline activities related to Kale Women’s Network at corporate levels.
You will also find here truly inspiring stories, exchange of ideas, discussions and debate on thought provoking subjects. You will be able to obtain additional insights, participate in events, Informational sessions/lectures and training programs. An opportunity to build leadership skills through different initiatives with industry leaders and peers from other organizations.
