3. Kale Campus Connect Program
    • The information technology industry is continuing to grow at healthy rate; India has become the hub of the IT services and witnessed growth in employment opportunities. Kale as an organisation has noticed certain skill gaps in the fresh recruits, while serving their customers. The need for industry-academia partnership is therefore required in order to enhance inclination of fresh graduate work force and to make them “Industry Ready”. Campus Connect is a collaboration program between Kale Consultants Ltd. and various educational institutes to align student skills with industry needs. 
    • The Kale Campus Connect Program has been launched to enable students to work with Kale – A leading product and service organization and get exposure to project life cycles. The projects are real life implementations through which Students get functional knowledge into Airlines / Travel / Logistics domain. The findings as of now have proved that the learning curve of the students is reduced significantly, as during internship they would be mentored by seniors and by the time they are absorbed they are technically and functionally ready to perform.
    • The campus connect programme leaves no stone unturned to provide students, best of both academic and infrastructural support for their all round development. Students get an insight on their career paths at Kale. They are able to visualize growth, stability and monetary benefits with Kale Campus Connect Programme.
